What others ask us

Our goal is for every customer to be totally happy with their purchase. Though opened packaging cannot be returned since it's perishable. Also, we try to ship as much of our small orders as we can for free. This means we cannot pay for returns.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. During our launch, delivery may be a bit slower due to unexpected factors.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Subscriptions and try-out packages are always delivered for free. All other products are delivered for free when the total order value is above €49,99.
